Lettuce Gather Resources

Ms. Vo is the founder of Lettuce Gather. Her career started in outpatient speech and behavior therapy and has since shifted her service direction from individual and small group therapy to community and preventative health in hopes of making an impact on more lives through health education, resources, and advocacy. Tiffany currently serves as the Patient Education Coordinator at UCI Health, the Community Service Director with the LA-based minor league basketball team Los Angeles Ignite, and the Health Ministry Director at Orange SDA Church. Her efforts are rooted in the belief that by working together to take small local steps, we can make a difference in this big world.

We are a small team made of virtual, local, and remote team members. Most of the team has experience in education, health care, public health, and engaging in community initiatives.

We also offer a public health, health science, and marketing internship program offering students a space to use creative problem solving while developing real world skills for public health and pre-healthcare skills.
