Our Mission
The Lettuce Gather mission is to enhance the health of communities and reduce chronic disease through a whole-person health perspective: physical health, nutritional health, mental & spiritual health.
Our Hope
At Lettuce Gather, we hope to see a healthier, more whole community that celebrates diversity and is empowered with the tools to live and be well.
Our Team
Our team is small, yet mighty. We have team members and community partners from all over California, a few international team members, and our local and online health sciences and public health student interns.
